Trial, guarantee and delivery

According to OTTY’s returns and refunds page, every new mattress has a 100-night trial from the day of delivery, available on the UK mainland and in Northern Ireland. OTTY collects a returned mattress free of charge and refunds the price, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving it. The trial can be used only once: after one return, later mattress orders lose the 100-night right. Toppers are covered only by the 14-day statutory cancellation period, and refurbished “Rejuvenated” mattresses get 30 nights and a 1-year warranty. New mattresses carry a 10-year guarantee. Standard delivery is included, and OTTY’s delivery page prices room-of-choice delivery at £10, or £40 with old mattress collection.

Who OTTY suits

OTTY is a good fit if you want a pocket sprung hybrid delivered in a box at a mid-market price. In a double the hybrids run from £424.99 for the Aura to £829.99 for the Pure+ Hybrid 4000, and seven of the nine models sit in the medium-firm band. The Extra Firm Hybrid is the model for people who find ordinary mattresses too soft, and it ranks first in our best mattresses for heavy people and third among our best firm mattresses. Anyone after a soft mattress has little to choose from here. The Original Hybrid appears in our best mattresses of 2026 and best double mattresses, and the full range is ranked in best OTTY mattresses.
