Acrali Home is a budget bedding label selling quilted mattress toppers, mattress protectors, fitted sheets and pillows in UK sizes. Most of its trade runs through marketplaces: the home page of acralihome.co.uk carries Amazon, Temu, eBay and TikTok Shop logos and claims more than 400,000 customers across Amazon, Temu and eBay, a figure the brand publishes about itself.

Who is behind the shop

The store’s terms of service name ARH Trading Ltd, 57 Western Road, Brighton, while its contact page gives an address in Reading. Companies House lists an ARH Trading Ltd incorporated on 12 September 2019 with a Brighton registered office, filed as a textile wholesaler and online retailer. The same company was renamed Lakhmaali Limited on 25 September 2023, so the name in the terms is either out of date or points to a different business. Acrali gives no founding year and no factory location.

Acrali Home terms and the topper we review

The return rule comes from Acrali’s refund policy, which also asks you to request a return by email first and excludes anything bought in a sale. In practice that means a topper you have slept on cannot go back. The 10cm topper was also marked down as a sale item when we checked in September 2026, so an order placed at the discounted price may not be returnable at all.

Who it suits

Acrali makes sense if you want a cheap, washable softening layer for a guest bed, sofa bed or caravan and can live without a trial. The 10cm topper is machine washable at 40°C, according to its product page. It is a weaker choice if you need pressure relief you can rely on every night, or if you want to know exactly what you are sleeping on. The same product page describes the filling as “quilted soft foam” in one paragraph and as recycled polyester with “eco-friendly foam” in another, and its OEKO-TEX badge carries no label number that could be checked.
