Dorma discount codes & offers

Dorma is a British bedding brand best known for bed linen, and in the sleep range for wool pocket sprung mattresses and a small line of mattress toppers, all sold only through Dunelm. Dunelm, which bought the brand in 2008, dates Dorma to 1921 and says it has held a Royal Warrant since 1961 (Dunelm, December 2024). Dunelm’s own Dorma page credits the brand with being the first to bring the easy-care qualities of polycotton to the UK.

Royal Warrant

In December 2024 Dorma received a new Royal Warrant as a supplier of linen drapery and soft furnishings to King Charles III. Dunelm was one of 386 companies in that second set of warrants of the new reign, and the grant lasts up to five years (Dunelm announcement).

Guarantees and returns

Guarantees vary by product. Dunelm lists 20 years for Dorma mattresses, the longest on its list (Dunelm mattress guarantees), and 10 years for the Dorma TENCEL Blend memory foam topper (topper guarantees). The fibre and feather toppers carry no stated guarantee. There is no sleep trial. Dunelm takes unused items back within 28 days, but a mattress that has been unwrapped can only be returned if it is faulty (Dunelm returns).

Depths are Dunelm’s figures, firmness is our rating, and prices are the lowest regular price across sizes at the time of writing (September 2026).

Who Dorma suits

The Dorma mattress suits a buyer who wants a traditional wool and spring mattress with a long guarantee and can check it in a Dunelm store. The toppers are aimed at softening rather than supporting. Our Dunelm topper comparison ranks the TENCEL Blend second and the Full Forever third, and the Hungarian Feather Dual is third among our best feather mattress toppers. Anyone who needs a trial to decide should look elsewhere. The mattress also appears in our best pocket sprung mattresses.
