How the Majestic 1000 is built

The springs sit in individual pockets and move independently, so one sleeper turning over disturbs the other less. Above them come satin pads and a damask ticking, tufted by hand to hold the fillings in place, with air vents along the border. Because both sides are upholstered, Happy Beds says to flip and rotate the mattress every six weeks, which spreads wear across four positions rather than two.

Is an orthopaedic mattress better for your back?
