The specification comes from Vispring’s Bedstead Supreme page, an older page than the rest of the site that gives no Feel Index. From the build, horsehair over wool like the medium-firm Herald Superb, we estimate 6 out of 10, so try one in a shop before ordering.
The Vispring FAQ recommends a mattress pad between a Vispring and a slatted base to prevent indentations and moisture from the wood, and asks for slats no more than 7.5cm apart. The Bedstead Supreme has that wool pad built in as a spring protector, which is the point of buying it over a divan model if your bed has slats.

A king costs £4,139 at Land of Beds, about twice the Bedstead Traditional, and the extra buys horsehair and a higher spring count.
