The Sleepeezee Travelodge Dreamer is the double-sided, 950-spring pocket mattress used in Travelodge hotel rooms, sold for home use at travelodgebed.co.uk from £579 in a single and £699 in a double at the time of writing (September 2026). It is about 26 cm deep, carries a ten-year guarantee and is the one Sleepeezee mattress bought directly from the maker: the shop states that Dreamer products are sold and fulfilled by Sleepeezee Ltd in Rochester.

A traditional hotel build

The Dreamer is deliberately simple. Its 950 full-size pocket springs are topped by a spring support layer, a high-density white fibre support layer and a white fibre comfort layer, and woollen hand tufts hold the fillings in place on both faces. There is no foam, no latex and no mini-spring tier, which keeps the price down and lets the mattress be turned as well as rotated.

Layer (each side) Material Job
Comfort layer White fibre Cushioning, airflow
Support layer High-density white fibre Firm upholstery over the springs
Spring support layer Support pad Extra support directly above the springs
Spring unit 950 full-size pocket springs Main support
Finish Woollen hand tufts Keeps fillings from shifting

Firmness and who it suits

The Sleepeezee label on the Dreamer describes its support as medium to firm, and we place it at 6 out of 10. Back and stomach sleepers, couples who want an even, hotel-style surface and guest rooms suit it best. Side sleepers with sharp shoulders may find the fibre comfort layer thin.

Prices, charity and buying terms

UK size Dimensions (cm) Price
Single 90 x 190 £579
Double 135 x 190 £699
King 150 x 200 £749
Super king 180 x 200 £899

£24 from every sale goes to the British Heart Foundation, and Sleepeezee’s history page, which dates the start of its Travelodge supply to 2013, says the Dreamer has raised over £450,000 for Macmillan and the British Heart Foundation in the last ten years. Delivery is free from seven days, except to Scotland and Northern Ireland, and an old mattress can be collected for £30. There is no small double.

There is also no sleep trial. Travelodge Bed’s returns page accepts a change-of-mind return in original, unused condition under your statutory rights, with the buyer paying for collection, which means you cannot sleep on it and send it back. For a hotel mattress that many buyers have already tried on a stay, that matters less than it would for an unknown model.

Our verdict

Conclusion
“If you liked the bed on a Travelodge stay, this is the same 950-spring mattress at a fair price, and we would pick it for a guest room or a first proper sprung mattress. Side sleepers who want more cushioning should look at a model with a deeper comfort layer, such as the Jessica 1800.”
