The Eve Premium Mattress is Eve’s deepest all-foam model, a 28cm mattress with four foam layers, graphite in the top two of them and a seven-zone base, rated medium-firm and sold in a double, king and super king from £949. Eve’s product page positions it one step above the Original, with a thicker quilted cover and an extra foam layer.

How the four layers are arranged

Layer What Eve uses What it does
Top cover Thick quilted cover with woven silver strands Eve says the silver makes the fabric antibacterial
1 floatfoam with graphite Soft first contact and pressure relief
2 Memory foam with graphite Slow contouring; the graphite is meant to draw heat away
3 Firmer support foam Keeps the spine level under the soft top
4 Base foam with seven contour zones Resists sagging, eases shoulders and hips
Underside Anti-slip base with side handles Stops sliding and makes turning easier

What the extra money buys

Compared with the 24cm Original, the Premium adds 4cm of foam, a layer of graphite-infused floatfoam and a heavier cover. Those are the differences Eve lists, so the question is whether depth and a softer first layer are worth the step up to you. If cooling is the reason you are looking, bear in mind that the graphite sits in solid foam layers here. The Premium Hybrid pairs the same graphite-infused floatfoam and memory foam with over 1,400 pocket springs, which leave more room for air to move.

Firmness and sleeping position

Eve describes the Premium as medium-firm with a lightly cushioned feel, the same wording it uses for the Original, so on paper the extra layer adds depth rather than softness. Medium-firm is the rating a 2003 Lancet trial of 313 adults with chronic low back pain linked to less pain in bed and less disability after 90 days, compared with firm mattresses. Side sleepers benefit most from the extra foam at the shoulder. Front sleepers and heavier sleepers who want firm edge support are better served by a sprung hybrid.

Sizes and regular prices

UK size Dimensions (cm) Regular price at Eve
Double 135 x 190 £949
King 150 x 200 £1,049
Super king 180 x 200 £1,149

There is no single or small double. Eve’s shop shows 4.5 out of 5 from 148 reviews at the time of writing (September 2026).

Trial, warranty and delivery

Delivery is vacuum-packed and free to most areas, though Eve says some postcodes are charged at checkout. The 200-night trial allows free returns in the first 40 nights and charges a collection fee after that. The 10-year warranty covers materials, manufacture, splits and cracks. If you sleep hot, the NHS Every Mind Matters guidance is a cheaper first step than any mattress: “You may find it easier to sleep in a room that is quiet, dark and cool.”

Our verdict

Conclusion
“Choose the Eve Premium if you like memory foam and want 28cm of it under a thick quilted cover. Warm sleepers should look at the Premium Hybrid, which keeps the graphite-infused foams and adds a pocket spring core underneath.”
