Kensingtons Bedding discount codes & offers

Kensingtons Bedding is a Manchester online shop for goose down duvets, pillows and toppers sold by the origin of the down (Hungarian, Canadian, Austrian and Siberian), with bed linen alongside. Its mattress topper collection lists 15 toppers, from microfibre at several fill weights to merino wool, mulberry silk, bamboo fibre and goose down. The company registered at Companies House is Kensingtons Luxury Bedding Ltd, incorporated on 31 July 2023 with its office on Bridgefield Street in Radcliffe.

The shop’s about page tells a longer story. It dates the Kensingtons business to 1995, when it supplied retail chains and hotel groups, and says it began selling direct in 2004. The same page gives the trading company as Kensingtons Bedding Ltd with company number 15038141, a number registered to Kensingtons Luxury Bedding Ltd in 2023, so the 1995 and 2004 dates rest on the shop’s own account rather than on a filing.

Delivery and returns

The returns conditions are on the returns policy page. Unused means a topper you have slept on cannot be returned simply because it does not suit you.

The bamboo topper we review

The Kensingtons Luxury Bamboo Fibre Filled Mattress Topper is a soft fibre topper with a 1,200 g bamboo fibre filling and a 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton cover, according to the product page. It sells from £280 in a single, shown against a crossed-out “was” price of £400. Raymat Textiles trades from the same Bridgefield Street address, lists a very similar topper range and sells a bamboo fibre topper with a 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton cover from £152.61, so compare the two before buying. Who Kensingtons is for

Kensingtons is a reasonable place to choose a goose down duvet or pillow by down origin, with free delivery. The bamboo topper is harder to recommend. There is no trial, returns must be unused, and a similar specification costs less from the shop at the same address.
