DreamCloud Gutscheincode & Aktionen

DreamCloud is an online hybrid mattress brand, known in the UK for a 365-night home trial and a lifetime “Forever Warranty”. It belongs to Resident, the American group that also owns Nectar, and Resident itself was bought by Ashley Home, part of the Ashley furniture group, in March 2024 (Retail Dive). In the UK the brand trades through Nectar Sleep Ltd, incorporated on 13 June 2018 and registered in the City of London (Companies House, no. 11414108). Nectar Sleep is a member of the National Bed Federation.

Trial and warranty

The trial runs for a full year, with a refund if you return the mattress (DreamCloud, about us). The Forever Warranty is more specific than its name suggests. For the first 10 years DreamCloud replaces a defective mattress with a new one; after that it repairs and re-covers it or replaces it. Body impressions deeper than 4 cm count as a defect, shallower ones do not, and the cover only applies while the original buyer owns the mattress (DreamCloud warranty).

The UK range

DreamCloud sells two mattresses in the UK, and the difference is one layer and 3 cm (DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid page). We review both; the From column is the lowest regular price across sizes, checked in October 2026.

Who DreamCloud suits

DreamCloud suits a buyer who wants a sprung hybrid online and wants a long safety net: a year to decide and a warranty that does not end at 10 years. The Luxury Hybrid is ranked in our best mattresses, best double mattresses and best hybrid mattresses lists.

It suits you less if you want to lie on a mattress in a shop before you buy, because DreamCloud sells online only, or if you want a soft or a firm feel: the range stops at medium for the Hybrid and medium-firm for the Luxury Hybrid.
