The Harrison Spinks Diamond 25000 is the second model from the top of the brand’s seasonal turn gemstone range, below the Pearl 30000. Its 25,000 springs combine a Cortec Quad pocket spring core with multiple layers of HD 4,000, HD 2,500 and HD 2,000 micro springs, and its fillings add cashmere, silk and mohair to British wool. A double cost £2,829 at Padfields in October 2026.

Construction and fillings

According to the Harrison Spinks product page, the upholstery is a British wool and viscose blend, a British wool and mohair blend, a cashmere, Yorkshire wool, silk and British wool blend, a British wool, hemp and flax blend and a cotton, hemp and flax blend. That is two more layers than the Emerald, and its 25,000 springs are more than any other gemstone model except the flagship Pearl 30000. The in-house woven cover is free of flame-retardant chemical treatment, and the border has four rows of diamond side stitching.

Feel and who it suits

Retailers list gentle, medium and firm tensions. We rate the medium version at 4 out of 10, on the softer side of medium, because of the three grades of micro springs and the deep natural layers. That suits side sleepers and anyone with sensitive shoulders and hips. Heavier front sleepers should choose the firm tension or look at the brand’s Ortho collection.

Living with it

Like every seasonal turn model it has a warmer wool side and a cooler cotton side. The care guide asks for alternate-week turning and rotating for the first 12 weeks, then a monthly rotation and a turn twice a year. A mattress this well upholstered is heavy, and Harrison Spinks advises two people for any handling. Expect the deep fillings to settle where you sleep; the brand describes some body impressions as normal.

Prices and where to buy

The Diamond is made to order and sold through independent retailers only. Padfields charged the double price for a king at the time of writing, and it also lists zip-and-link king and super king versions, two mattresses joined together so that couples can choose a different tension for each half. Guarantee and trial terms come from the retailer, so confirm them before you buy.

Unser Urteil

Fazit
„The Diamond gives you most of the Pearl's natural luxury, including cashmere and silk, for a lower price. It is our pick in the range for side sleepers who like to sink in a little.“
