Protect-A-Bed discount codes & offers

Protect-A-Bed is a mattress protection brand, known for waterproof mattress protectors and bed bug encasements built around its Miracle Membrane; it does not make mattresses. The Protect-A-Bed history page says the company was founded in South Africa in 1980 to make car seat protection, created its first mattress protector in 1990, introduced the Miracle Membrane in 1995, opened US operations with a worldwide headquarters in Wheeling, Illinois, in 2001 and was on sale in 49 countries by 2015.

Who runs the UK shop

The footer of protectabed.co.uk names Quantum Capital Solutions Ltd (company 15857974) of Ipswich, incorporated on 25 July 2024, as the company behind the UK shop. The earlier Protect-A-Bed Europe Limited was dissolved on 1 July 2025. The shop sells mattress protectors, encasements and pillow protectors direct, with UK and European sizes.

Guarantee terms, read closely

The warranty page promises a replacement under a 10-year anti-stain guarantee for most protectors and encasements, 3 years for the Basic mattress protector and 5 years for pillow protectors, reduced to 2 years for commercial use. To claim, you must wash the protector as soon as possible after the incident without bleach, tumble dry it at a medium heat with other laundry, and contact Protect-A-Bed within 5 days with the invoice and the product code. The delivery page accepts change-of-mind returns for 14 days only if the item is unopened. Pricing needs a second look too: at the time of writing (September 2026) the shop showed a “Save up to 80%” banner and listed the Premium Mattress Protector at half of its struck-through price in most sizes, so treat that reference price with caution.

Where to compare it, and who it suits

The Protect-A-Bed Premium Mattress Protector, a cotton terry top on the Miracle Membrane with a skirt for mattresses up to 35 cm deep, is reviewed in our catalogue, and you can compare it with other models in our mattress protector comparison. Protect-A-Bed suits households that need a waterproof layer for children, incontinence or allergies and want a long guarantee. It does not suit you if you dislike a claims process with strict washing rules, or if you may want to send back a protector once it is out of its packaging.
