Luff Sleep discount codes & offers

Luff Sleep is a London bedding brand best known in the UK for bamboo-covered pillows, bamboo bedding and a gel memory foam topper, all sold direct through luffsleep.co.uk. The range also runs to a hybrid mattress, divan and ottoman bed bases and headboards. Luff is the trading name of Mello Sleep Limited, which Companies House shows as incorporated on 1 February 2019, registered at 100 Fenchurch Street in the City of London and filed under the manufacture of soft furnishings. It is not related to the French brand Mello.

Trial, returns and warranty

Luff’s delivery and returns policy gives 100 nights to try pillows, bedding and toppers and 200 nights on its mattresses. A mattress returned within the trial is collected free and refunded in full; pillows, bedding and toppers must go back in their original packaging, with no restocking fee, but the return postage is yours to pay. The Prestige Hybrid Bamboo Mattress page lists a 26cm depth, 2,000 pocket springs, manufacture to order in England and a 10-year warranty that only holds if you rotate the mattress once a month. The topper carries a 5-year warranty.

What else Luff says about itself

According to its about page, Luff commits 10% of its profits to homeless charities in the UK. The page ties the brand to Stephen, who spent months sleeping on friends’ sofas and in his car while building his first business. We have not seen an independent report that confirms the donation figure.

Who it suits

Luff fits buyers who want a foam topper with a washable, zipped bamboo cover and a long trial to decide in. At 5cm the Prestige topper softens a firm mattress but will not fix one that has sagged. It is less suited to anyone who wants natural fillings throughout, because the core is gel-infused memory foam, and its king size measures 152 by 200cm, slightly wider than the standard 150cm UK king. The topper ranks in our comparison of bamboo mattress toppers.
