Background
About Inofia
Inofia is an online bed-in-a-box brand that sells memory foam and hybrid mattresses, a tri-fold mattress and a gel memory foam topper to UK buyers through inofia.co.uk and Amazon.co.uk, and it is known mainly for low prices and a 100-night trial. The shop says the brand was founded in 2016, and its contact page gives HongKong Zhiyuantong Technology Limited in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, as its address. A British company called Inofia Sleep Ltd was incorporated in Birmingham in February 2021 and dissolved on 24 June 2025; the shop now names only the Hong Kong company.
Delivery, trial and returns
Inofia’s shipping page says mattresses are made to order and ship from a UK warehouse, usually arriving within 2 to 4 business days, but only to mainland Britain: Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands are excluded. The refund policy gives 100 nights from delivery, asks you to sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights first and requires it to be free from tears, stains or major damage. Old mattresses are not collected.

What to check before you order
The trial has limits that the banner does not show. The return page says the 100 nights cover comfort only, so a wrong size cannot be sent back under the trial. The FAQ covers that case separately, with free collection if you email within 15 days of receiving an order in the wrong size or one you no longer want. Inofia shows a “10-year limited durability” badge across the shop, but its warranty registration page carries no warranty terms. The foams are described as CertiPUR-US certified, a programme that, according to CertiPUR-US, requires low VOC emissions of less than 0.5 parts per million.
Inofia in our rankings
The Inofia Cooler Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper, 2 cm of gel memory foam over 6 cm of support foam in a washable cover, is ranked in our memory foam topper comparison. The brand is a reasonable fit if you live on the British mainland, want a budget foam topper or mattress delivered in days and are comfortable dealing with an overseas seller by email. It does not suit buyers in Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands, anyone who wants to try a mattress in a shop, or anyone who wants a written multi-year warranty.
How we check
Check date on every code
Every code carries the date we last checked it, not a blanket ‘checked daily’ claim.

Anything that expires moves to the brand's archive instead of silently disappearing.
