Habitat Gutscheincode & Aktionen

Habitat is a British home furnishing brand that Terence Conran and friends founded in London in 1964, and by its own account it introduced UK shoppers to the duvet. Today its furniture, bedding and mattresses are sold through Argos, Sainsbury’s and habitat.co.uk, where orders are fulfilled and delivered by Argos.

Ownership

Habitat was already part of Sainsbury’s in November 2020, when Retail Gazette reported that the supermarket would make it its main home and furniture brand, sold in Sainsbury’s and Argos stores and online, with the full range rolled out by the end of 2021. When Sainsbury’s agreed in July 2026 to sell Argos to Swift Partners, the two companies signed commercial agreements that include Sainsbury’s continuing to sell Habitat products, according to Sainsbury’s announcement.

Habitat mattresses

The mattress range sold through Argos covers the Elite memory foam model and several Natural pocket sprung collections, named Ari, Pia, Aleta and Lani, each offered in versions such as Comfort, Bliss and Pillowtop Serene, with spring counts from 1000 to 3000 in their names. The Ari Natural 1000 Pocket Comfort, for example, is made in the UK, filled with certified British wool and recycled polyester and described by Habitat as foam free. The spring count in a model’s name usually refers to a larger size: the Ari has 884 springs in a double.

The Habitat mattresses we checked carry a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee, shorter than the 5 years Silentnight gives on the models Argos sells alongside them. Every Habitat mattress is covered by Argos’s 100-night comfort promise, which allows one exchange for a mattress of the same size within 100 days. Habitat also sells mattress toppers, pillows and duvets under the same label.
