TheraPur discount codes & offers

TheraPur is the exclusive Dreams range of cooling mattresses, toppers and bedding, sold only through dreams.co.uk and Dreams stores. It is known for ActiGel, a gel foam used in its combination mattresses, and ActiCool knitted covers, both marketed to people who sleep hot. There is no separate TheraPur company. The label belongs to Dreams, which Tempur Sealy, now Somnigroup International, bought in 2021 for about $475 million.

The TheraPur range

The TheraPur page on dreams.co.uk currently features three mattresses, all sold as combination mattresses with ActiGel foam, and we review the 4 cm topper. Dreams says every TheraPur mattress, divan and headboard is made in Britain.

The topper is the TheraPur product we review. It costs from £150 at the time of writing (September 2026) and uses zoned ActiGel foam with elasticated corner straps.

Guarantee and returns

The TheraPur page advertises a 10-year guarantee on all TheraPur divans and headboards but only on selected mattresses, so check the guarantee of the model you pick; the TheraPur mattresses also come with the Dreams 100-night comfort guarantee. The comfort guarantee terms are the same as for any Dreams mattress: one exchange per order, between night 30 and night 100, for a £95 collection and re-delivery charge, and no refund. The comfort guarantee covers mattresses, and our topper record lists no trial.

Does the cooling work?

Dreams publishes no temperature measurements for ActiGel or ActiCool, so the cooling effect rests on its own product descriptions. Treat the gel foam and the knitted covers as a comfort feature to try in a Dreams store rather than as a proven drop in temperature.

Who TheraPur suits

TheraPur suits hot sleepers who want to try a cooling mattress in a Dreams store and who like a firmer bed, since two of the three current mattresses are sold as firm. It is a weaker choice if you want a soft mattress, measured proof of the cooling effect, or a refund rather than an exchange. The topper ranks seventh in our best cooling mattress toppers comparison. Dreams itself, including its own Dream Team label, is covered on our Dreams brand page.
