Bestway TriTech Airbed with Built-in Pillow and AC Pump reviewed

The Bestway TriTech Airbed with Built-in Pillow and AC Pump is a raised 46cm air bed with a mains pump built into the side, sold in a single and a queen size on Bestway’s UK shop. At the time of writing (September 2026) the single costs £37.99 and the queen £43.99.

Both versions use Bestway’s TriTech material for the internal structure, with contoured I-beams on the single and coil beams on the queen. Bestway says TriTech is 18% stronger, 44% more stretch-resistant and holds 19% more air pressure than standard PVC. Those are the manufacturer’s own figures, and Bestway ties them to air loss, saying the material is engineered to minimise it through the night.

The integrated 220-240V pump also helps with air loss, because a top-up is a button press, and on the queen Bestway says the pump also maintains the internal pressure while in use. The flip side is that you need a socket near the bed, so this is a spare-room bed rather than one for a campsite pitch.

The moulded pillow at the head end means one less thing to find for a guest, though it shortens the flat sleeping area slightly, which tall sleepers will notice on the 191cm single. The flocked top is treated with Ultra-Fresh to resist odour-causing bacteria and mould, and it stops sheets sliding off. Firmness is set entirely by how much air you put in. The sizes follow Bestway’s American naming, and the queen, at 152cm wide, is closest to a UK king (150cm) in footprint, while the single is 7cm wider than a UK 90cm single.

Bestway lists no fixed guarantee term for air beds; its warranty page refers airbed and built-in pump claims to the retailer. Buying direct, your cover is the shop’s 30-day returns window for unused items and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which gives a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods.
