The Mamas & Papas Premium Dual Core+ is a flippable cotbed mattress with up to 990 pocket springs and a coir latex layer.
The Premium Dual Core+ is the most searched mattress in the Mamas & Papas range and the top of its Premium line. It is 10cm deep and built in nine layers around Duo Support Air pocket springs: 990 in the cotbed size and 744 in the small cotbed and cot size, according to the product pages.
It is dual-sided. One side is firm for babies, the other softer for toddlers, and you switch by flipping the mattress. A natural coir latex layer adds support and airflow. The outer cover has an airmesh top and zips off all the way round, and underneath is a fixed wipe-clean inner protector. Mamas & Papas says the fabrics carry a Purotex anti-allergy treatment and are free from harmful chemical treatments.
Two sizes are sold as separate listings: 140 x 70cm for full cotbeds and 120 x 60cm for small cotbeds and cots. Both are covered by a two-year warranty and are stated to meet EN 16890:2017+A1:2021.
At the time of writing both sizes were reduced in a Mamas & Papas sale, so check the current price against the regular one before you buy.
