The Momcozy Pregnancy Wedge Pillow is a small W-shaped cushion that supports your bump, your lower back or both while you sleep on your side. Two padded wedges with a 30-degree slope are joined by an adjustable Velcro band, so you can tuck one under your bump and one behind your back and widen the gap as you grow. It costs from £39.99 on Momcozy’s UK shop, the lowest price of any pregnancy pillow in the range.

Sizes and cover

The UK product page sells two sizes, both with a cooling-fabric cover. Momcozy gives the measurements in inches, and the centimetre figures below are our conversions.

Size Dimensions UK shop price (8 October 2026)
Regular 13.4 x 9.8 x 4.3in (about 34 x 25 x 11cm) £39.99
Plus 15.7 x 10.6 x 4.3in (about 40 x 27 x 11cm) £54.99

Momcozy says the Plus is 26.7% larger, and it comes in a grey and white two-tone cover. The brand does not state what the wedges are filled with.

What a wedge can and cannot do

The NHS advises going to sleep on your side from 28 weeks, because going to sleep on your back after that can increase the risk of stillbirth (NHS guidance). A wedge makes the side position easier in two ways. It stops your bump from dragging you forwards, and it gives your lower back something to lean against. It does nothing for your knees and hips, so if you have pelvic pain you will still want a pillow between your knees, or a full-length body pillow instead.

Feel and who it suits

We rate it medium firm, 6 out of 10, because a wedge has to hold its slope under the weight of a bump rather than flatten. It suits early and mid pregnancy, travel and anyone whose bed has no room for a body pillow. The customer feedback summary on Momcozy’s global shop mentions two complaints, that the Velcro can come apart during the night and that taller or larger women find the Regular too small later in pregnancy. Both point towards the Plus. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened items only, and you pay the postage.

Our verdict

Conclusion
“We recommend the wedge as an inexpensive first pregnancy pillow or for travel, ideally in the Plus size, which Momcozy makes 26.7% larger. It supports your bump and lower back but not your knees, so by the third trimester most women will sleep better with a full-length body pillow.”
