Momcozy Huggable U-Shaped Maternity Body Pillow
7.7/10A full-length U-shaped pregnancy pillow that supports your back and bump at once, with…
Firmness: Medium softA J-shaped pregnancy body pillow that supports your bump and knees on one side, smaller and cheaper than a U-shaped pillow.
The Momcozy J-Shaped Maternity Body Pillow is a single long pillow with a hooked end. You hug the straight section, rest your head on the curve and tuck the lower end between your knees. Because it supports one side of your body rather than wrapping all the way round, it is smaller and cheaper than Momcozy’s U-shaped pillows, from £39.99 on the UK shop.
The UK product page sells it with a cotton cover or a cooling-fabric cover. The filling is polyester fibre, which Momcozy calls its Loft-Tech blend and describes as new rather than recycled fibre.
| Version | Colours | UK shop price (8 October 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Cotton | Grey, pink, blue | £39.99 |
| Cooling fabric | Deep grey, blue | £44.99 |
| Upgraded cotton fabric | Pink, blue | £49.99 |
On 8 October all three plain cotton colours were out of stock, so the cheapest version you could actually order was the blue cooling cover at £44.99. Momcozy does not publish the pillow’s dimensions on its UK shop.
From 28 weeks the NHS advises going to sleep on your side, because going to sleep on your back after that point can increase the risk of stillbirth (NHS guidance). A J-shaped pillow helps with the front half of that position. Your bump rests on the long section and the bent end keeps your knees apart, which takes strain off the hips and pelvis. It does nothing for your back, though. When you turn over, you bring the pillow with you, and reviewers on Momcozy’s own shop say that is easier than climbing over a U-shaped pillow in the night.
We rate it medium soft, 4 out of 10, the same fibre feel as Momcozy’s bigger pillows. It leaves far more room in a 135cm double shared with a partner than a full U, and it is a sensible buy for the second trimester, when you want knee and bump support but do not yet need a back rest. The cooling cover is the one to pick if you sleep hot. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened pillows only, at your own cost.

“We recommend the J-shaped pillow if you share a 135cm double or find a U-shaped pillow confining. It supports your bump and knees well and moves with you when you turn, but it gives your back nothing to lean on, so if lower back pain is your main problem the Huggable U is the better buy.”Go to shop →
