The Aspire Cotswold Quilted End Lift Ottoman Bed is the least expensive storage bed in Aspire’s own shop: £199.99 for a single and £235.99 for a king, with no struck-through “was” price, which makes it the rare Aspire frame whose ticket is exactly what it says. It comes in grey or beige linen-look fabric, and only up to king size.
The headboard is quilted in vertical channels inside a raised frame, and the footboard repeats the framed panel, so the bed looks more tailored than the buttoned designs elsewhere in the range. According to Aspire’s product page, the platform sits on sprung slats and rises from the foot on gas-lift pistons that hold it up while you load the storage, with a fabric dust protector keeping your things off the floor. The lift is rated for mattresses up to 60kg.

Small double and double cost the same, so if your room takes either, the extra 15cm of width comes free.
Availability was patchy in October 2026. Grey was in stock in single and small double, the king was down to its last units, the double was out, and the beige finish was unavailable in every size. Aspire does not publish where this frame is made, unlike most of its range, and the warranty is 12 months. Assembly needs no tools; Aspire allows 90 minutes to two hours with two people.
As an upholstered bed sold in the UK it falls under the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988. If you need a super king or a guaranteed delivery date, the slightly dearer Aspire end-lift ottoman in linen covers more sizes and had all of them in stock.
Both lift from the foot and both sit on sprung slats. The Cotswold costs less in every size it shares with the plainer linen ottoman and has the more tailored quilted headboard. The other bed wins on choice: it comes in a super king, adds black linen to grey and beige, and Aspire publishes its storage volume, from half a cubic metre in a single to a full cubic metre in a super king.
