Hauck Sleeper Folding Travel Cot Mattress reviewed

The Hauck Sleeper is the folding foam mattress Hauck makes for its own travel cots, with a 120 x 60cm lying surface that matches cots such as the Dream N Play and Sleep N Play. That makes it the simplest replacement mattress in our comparison: the cot maker designed both parts to go together.

Construction

It is a 5cm foam mattress that folds into three sections and packs into a carry bag, light enough to carry alongside the cot. UK stockist UK Baby Centre sells it in grey and navy and lists it for children up to 36 months and 15kg, for use inside a travel cot only rather than on the floor.

Fit and safety

The Lullaby Trust warns that some replacement travel cot mattresses can leave a gap between the mesh sides and the base, and asks parents to follow the cot maker’s guidance. With a Hauck cot and a Hauck mattress that question largely answers itself, though you should still confirm your cot model uses the 120 x 60cm base. UK stockists do not state a safety standard or describe a removable cover.

Price

UK Baby Centre lists a regular price of £34.95 and was selling it at £27.95 in October 2026. Hauck has no UK online shop of its own. If your cot is not a Hauck, compare other sizes in our travel cot mattress comparison.
